'New Beginnings:' Returning from suspension, UGA Kappa Alpha Psi helps students move in

In spring 2014, the University of Georgia chapter of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity was temporarily suspended from campus due to hazing violations.Three years later, a new round of Kappa Alpha Psi brothers are making a positive impression on the university campus. The fraternity hosted its first official event since the suspension was lifted in January 2017 — helping new students move in.

Morehouse Student Follows His Passion, Finds the Black Press

Darrell Williams is a rising senior at Morehouse College, who has big dreams of being a creative director, one day. Williams, 24, is currently a student scholar with the National Newspaper Publishers Association’s “Discover The Unexpected” Journalism Fellowship program. At Morehouse, Williams is a drama major with a minor in cinematography.
