Nupe's come out this Wednesday, February 7, 2018, 7 pm at the Frat House for our Health initiative kickoff 1hr workout. It will include core, cardio, weight training, and circuit training. Work at your own pace. Plz bring a mat or towel, water, and dumbbells (if you have them) Pick up a senior brother on your way to the workout.
Booker T Athletics offers individual & small group personal training sessions guaranteed to help you get results, provide workout variety and motivate you. These sessions will consist of strength, core, and cardiovascular training. Our program is tailored specifically to you, based on your goals and fitness level. All personal training packages include a body composition analysis, goal setting and a detailed exercise plan. The sessions are an hour in length and take place at your home or a location of your choice.
